TERMS & CONDITIONS

DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all orders that are placed before 12 noon mon-fri that same afternoon. Any orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the following working day. There are no weekend deliveries therefore any orders placed after 12 noon fri will be dispatched on the following Monday. We use royal mail 1st class for all orders. Please see DELIVERY RATES for an up to date price list. 

RETURNS

We sincerely hope that you are more than satisfied with your purchase but in the unfortunate event that it does not meet your expectations then please notify us by email at mail@simplytots.co.uk and return the item, unworn and fully tagged, in perfect condition along with receipt. Return items must be received by us within 10 days of purchase. You will be offered an exchange or full refund less postage.

DAMAGED GOODS

Each of our items are very carefully checked over before dispatch. If the item you have purchased is damaged in anyway way please contact us immediately. If this is the case you will be offered an exchange or full refund + postage costs.

AVAILABILITY

All of our items are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure that our stock levels are up to date and that items are available. However, due to limited sizes and quantities, in the unlikely event that the item you have chosen to purchase is out of stock, we will contact you and either issue you a refund or inform you of when the item will next be available.
